LBL Team take to the hills to spread the joy of labour rights amongst the folkies of Green Man festival....

Armed with beautiful LBL fair trade cotton shopping bags for lucky supporters to decorate during our workshops, LBL forayed out to take our message of living wages and better labour rights to unsuspecting punters at the Green Man festial in Wales, August 2010.

We met lots of lovely people so if you came to one of our workshops then maybe you'll see yourself here.

In the week leading up to Greenman, volunteers got involved in their own sweatshop evening creating logos for people to sew on during our workshops and LBL logo-ed bags to customise....

Merry festival goers of all ages got involved in customising bags; sewing on our natty "Living Wages Rock My World" and "I Heart Freedom of Association" slogans or decorating their LBL bags with improvised applique flowers and hand drawn designs...

All in all we had a great festival... a little bit of mud, a lot of good music and loads of great LBL supporters coming and taking action in our campaigns, signing up as members and getting creative with our fairly traded and recycled bags workshops.... what fun!
